Lamborghini News: Gallardo’s On Fire Worldwide
Although UFO sightings are always in some type of news, GOFs (Gallardo’s on Fire) are being increasingly reported, photographed and filmed all around the world. The Lamborghini news stories are chock full of their prize new Gallardo engulfed in flames in a variety of YouTube videos and blogs.
Flaming Gallardos (isn’t that a cocktail? It should be!) are no new occurrence. In 2007, a test drive set one a blaze. The flames seared the orange paint right off the car. Isn’t it ironic? Don’t you think? One was spotted burning in Prague in 2011, and most recently, a Portland auto show displayed the newest 2013 Gallardo shortly before everyone watched it smoulder and smoke.
The reasons for this vehicle’s feature of spontaneous combustion vary from case to case. Often, Lambos will catch fire due to their lightweight carbon fiber construction throwing inexperienced drivers into objects (such as other cars); making them very expensive grenades. Others may be attributed to negligence and rushed designs for auto shows.
Why Does That Lamborghini Have Four Doors? Lamborghini News
The Peugeot withdrawal from the racing circuit reflected the economic state of the automotive industry. With the declining market, many sports car manufacturers are starting to look at the world a little differently. Don’t think so? Well first, we have the Porsche Panamera; great for taking the whole family for a spin around the motorway. The Lamborghini news shows the trend goes further: take a look at the 2013 Lamborghini Estoque; notice anything… strange?
Unless there’s some type of new nitrous system that requires its own compartmental separation with side-access panels; that Lambo has back seats. It also has four doors. Joining the ranks of an increasing number of high-end automotive manufacturers, Lamborghini unveiled their 2013 Estoque, a four-door sedan. Automotive articles don’t get much more depressing than this. Time to get the Mrs. and go for a leisurely spin around the country; in a Lamborghini.
